These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Savings VIP Travel Club Membership, Hotel Savings Card, promotional travel offers, preview access, and related services marketed through Free Surf Camps for Kids.
By purchasing, previewing, accessing, or using any portion of this program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Savings VIP Travel Club is a membership-based travel savings platform providing access to discounted travel pricing, hotel savings, resort stays, cruises, rental cars, vacation offers, and related travel benefits.
Membership features, pricing, supplier participation, travel inventory, and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. $500 HOTEL SAVINGS CARD
The $500 Hotel Savings Card is a promotional hotel savings benefit provided separately from the travel club membership.
The Hotel Savings Card:
• Has no cash value
• Is not redeemable for cash
• May only be used according to participating supplier terms
• May contain blackout dates, destination restrictions, minimum stay requirements, or other limitations
• Is subject to supplier participation and availability

3. FREE PREVIEW ACCESS
Preview access may be offered for demonstration and review purposes only.
No credit card is required for preview access unless otherwise stated.
Preview credentials and access privileges may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

4. RESORT STAY PRICING
Promotional pricing such as "Resort Stays Starting From $199" reflects limited-availability inventory and may vary based upon:
• Travel season
• Destination
• Occupancy
• Resort inventory
• Supplier participation
• Holiday or peak travel periods
Additional taxes, resort fees, government fees, upgrades, housekeeping charges, and other supplier-imposed fees may apply.

5. 110% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
The Price Match Guarantee applies only to identical publicly available travel offers with:
• Identical travel dates
• Same property
• Same accommodations
• Same occupancy
• Same cancellation policies
Savings VIP reserves the right to independently verify all claims before issuing any credit, adjustment, or refund.

Additional exclusions may apply.

6. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Eligibility may be voided by fraud, abuse, excessive chargebacks, or misuse of the program.
Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment processors.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF SAVINGS
Actual savings may vary based upon destination, supplier inventory, travel dates, public pricing fluctuations, and availability.
No guarantee is made that every booking will result in savings compared with publicly available travel websites.

8. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Savings VIP acts as a membership and promotional platform connecting users with independent third-party travel suppliers.
All reservations remain subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier.
Neither Savings VIP nor Free Surf Camps for Kids controls supplier inventory, pricing, availability, cancellations, weather events, airline operations, or supplier performance.

9. FREE SURF CAMPS FOR KIDS PROTECTION
Free Surf Camps for Kids serves solely as a promotional, fundraising, and marketing partner for this offer.
Free Surf Camps for Kids:
• Does not own or operate the travel platform
• Does not control pricing, inventory, or supplier participation
• Is not a travel provider or tour operator
• Is not responsible for booking fulfillment, supplier performance, travel disputes, cancellations, or travel-related issues
All reservations, refunds, customer service, fulfillment, and travel-related obligations remain solely the responsibility of Savings VIP and/or the applicable travel suppliers.
Any questions, refund requests, booking issues, or travel disputes should be directed to Savings VIP or the applicable supplier.

10. FUNDRAISING DISCLOSURE
Purchases made through this promotional campaign help support the mission of Free Surf Camps for Kids.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchases are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.

11. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Membership access is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Unauthorized resale, credential sharing, abuse, scraping, or misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savings VIP, Free Surf Camps for Kids, sponsors, volunteers, promotional partners, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or travel-related damages arising from participation in this program.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the membership.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
